Palestra seria ma non seriosa, in cui si lavora sodo ma ci si diverte in egual misura, dove la persona viene prima dell'atleta, dove ci si sente veramente in famiglia. E un maestro semplicemente fantastico, che trasmette non solo le basi tecniche ma anche la passione e l'entusiasmo. Consigliato a chiunque, non solo agli amanti delle arti marziali ma anche a chi è semplicemente alla ricerca di un'attività con la quale fare un po' di movimento e rimanere in salute, e distrarsi a fine giornata in un ambiente tranquillo e sereno
The Karate taught and lived as a tool to feel good about ourselves and our body. Serious but not serious gym, where you work hard but have fun in equal measure, where the person comes before the athlete, where you really feel at home. Il maestro Enrico in base al livello della persona cerca di fornire gli strumenti per migliorare costantemente. Inoltre anche con gli stessi compagni di palestra ci si aiuta l uno con l altro spingendoci a migliorarci sempre. Consigliato per tutti. Esperienza da provare.
You train with intensity even after a working day as there is a nice group of people to share the effort with. Maestro Enrico based on the level of the person tries to provide the tools to constantly improve. Moreover, even with the same gym mates we help each other, always pushing us to improve.
