★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra, personale molto preparato e disponibile, il punto di forza di questa attività sta nelle discipline di karate, Judo e le arti marziali in generale ma organizzano anche corsi per anziani e lezioni di autodifesa femminile; i prezzi sono ottimi e la struttura anche se antica è ben ristrutturata. Non do' le 5 stelle per la posizione non proprio delle migliori ma se cercate una palestra seria e con un clima sereno per potervi allenare e divertire il Kokoro Dai fa per voi
Excellent gym, highly trained and helpful staff, the strength of this activity lies in the disciplines of karate, Judo and martial arts in general but they also organize courses for the elderly and female self-defense lessons; the prices are excellent and the structure, although ancient, is well restored. I do not give the 5 stars for the position that is not exactly the best but if you are looking for a serious gym with a peaceful climate to be able to train and have fun, the Kokoro Dai is for you.
