Ma tante palestre, diciamocelo, ci spaventano; perché non sono palestre, sono vetrine dove è un glaciale tripudio ormonale e proteinico di bicipiti tricipiti e quadricipiti torniti, glutei d'acciaio, addominali tartarugati e completini muscolati, make-up cinematografici e, perché no?, artigli laccati al posto delle unghie. E allora scatta il "non ci vado, non ho il fisico...e nemmeno il completino". Ho scoperto invece che la New Body fitness club è una palestra vera. E non solo perché c'è tutto quello di cui hai bisogno e chi si allena raggiunge la forma "fisicata" a suon di esercizi e sudore, ma soprattutto perché c'è al tempo stesso professionalità e disponibilità, serietà e accoglienza, simpatia e spontaneità, studio teorico e applicazione pratica dell'arte del vivere bene...mens sana in corpore sano. Ma la marcia in più della New body è che quando ti alleni non ti senti fuori luogo, perché ti senti a casa. G. M. Ho scelto questa palestra un po' a "sensazione", perché è una ASD (come la mia palestra) e devo dire che non potevo scegliere meglio. A dispetto del fatto che la palestra è forse un po' piccola, in realtà poi c è tutto quello c'è serve e anche qualcosa in più (tipo la panca specifica x l hyp thrust che nella mia palestra gigante non c' è!!!). A questo aggiungo che i due ragazzi che la gestiscono, fratello e sorella, sono due persone carinissime ...belli e bravi. APPROVED? To this I add that the two guys who run it, brother and sister, are two very cute people ... beautiful and talented. APPROVED
