Scorsa settimana io e mio marito ci siamo recati in questo poliambulatorio, che utilizziamo da anni, per una visita con un medico specialista, tra l'altro ineccepibile. Troviamo la solita segretaria ultrasessantenne, capisco la legge fornero, pero'' e' assurdo lasciare una segreteria intera in mano ad una persona totalmente incapace, inadeguata, ineducata. Fila kilometrica, lei non fa altro che borbottare coperta da mascherina, improperi e vaffa a ogni telefonata chiusa; al nostro turno sbaglia per ben 2 volte il codice fiscale, alla terza mette come nazione di residenza "Aghanistan", in quel momento ho avuto un moto di rabbia e ho reclamato, per tutta risposta mi dice che non e' colpa sua, ma delle colleghe che a lei non spiegano nulla e che comunque se ho da fare una "DIMOSTRANZA" posso passare in direzione. Allora capite che se come azienda fate investimenti e pubblicita' su ogni social dovete anche investire nel personale. Meditate.

Kilometer row, she does nothing but grumble covered in a mask, insults and cowardice with every closed call; on our turn he errs twice the tax code, on the third he puts "Aghanistan" as his country of residence, at that moment I had a fit of anger and I complained, in response he tells me that it is not his fault, but the colleagues who explain nothing to you and that anyway if I have to do a "DEMONSTRATION" I can pass in the direction. Then you understand that if as a company you make investments and advertising on every social network you must also invest in personnel. Meditate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca disponibilità verso l'utenza dal reparto analisi (per un esame da farsi senza urinare, mi hanno indicato di presentarmi addirittura alle 11 del mattino, senza preoccupazione alcuna per le normali esigenze fisiologiche di una persona). All'accettazione, poi, difettano in garbo e non sempre forniscono informazioni esatte (sostenevano potessi fare assieme, nello stesso giorno, due esami incompatibili per preparazione secondo le linee guida oms). Non consiglierei affatto questo laboratorio analisi, mi dispiace.
Little availability to users from the analysis department (for an exam to be done without urinating, they told me to show up at 11 am, without any concern for the normal physiological needs of a person). Upon acceptance, then, lacking in grace and do not always provide accurate information (supported could do together, on the same day, two incompatible tests for preparation according to WHO guidelines). I would not recommend at this laboratory, I'm sorry.

Alla reception ho trovato due segretarie molto gentili ed educate, mentre nel reparto di radiologia c'è una dottoressa bravissima, molto professionale e troppo simpatica.
