Attività di Crossfit di alto livello, professionisti preparati e in costante aggiornamento per garantire il meglio. Buono spazio per allenamento di vario genere; consigliato anche per i neofiti dello sport. Gym equipped from every point of view. Ottima dotazione di attrezzi oltre a numerose altre attività proposte. I trainer sono competenti e in grado di aiutare a raggiungere l'obiettivo studiando esercizi sempre diversi ed efficaci. Direi che non manca proprio nulla!! Braviiiii I have frequented her for years, even if not continuously! Harmonious, extremely clean environment managed with professionalism and courtesy. Moderna con attrezzi fantastici e professionali, un vero e proprio clima familiare e di gente selezionata, cosa che nn è facile trovare nelle palestre di zona. Marco e Vito due grandi gestori e professionisti che ti accompagnano nel tuo percorso. Al momento il lavoro mi tiene lontano ma ci vediamo presto. Grandi!!! Excellent gym !!!! Ciò che caratterizza questa palestra è la professionalità, la gentilezza e la competenza degli istruttori, i quali mettono facilmente a proprio agio chiunque voglia dedicare un po' di tempo a se stesso. Ambiente ottimo, sala pesi completa, box crossfit ECCELLENTE , spogliatoio pulito e tutto ricostruito e area relax. OTTIMA PALESTRA DOVE PASSARE DEL TEMPO PER DEDICARSI A SE STESSI ! it is a place where it is easy to match physical and mental fitness. Non è la classica palestra dove passi solamente del tempo ad allenarti, ma come una famiglia è un luogo di condivisione dove trovi disponibilità, cortesia e simpatia. Inoltre, è una palestra molto completa, funzionale, pulita e con istruttori professionali che amano il loro lavoro. 5 stelle meritatissime! Strength school is like a second family. It is not the classic gym where you only spend time to train, but as a family it is a place of sharing where you find availability, courtesy and sympathy. In addition, it is a very complete, functional, clean gym with professional instructors who love their job. 5 stars well deserved!

Mi diceva di dover dedicare più tempo a me stessa e che la palestra sarebbe potuta essere una soluzione. Non smetterò mai di ringraziarlo: oltre a molto relax, ho trovato degli amici. La palestra, inoltre è enorme: si sviluppa in circa 1300 m² tra sopra e sotto (ci sono anche gli esterni, ma non li ho mai provati). Sotto c'è una sala assurda, stupenda e veramente più che professionale per il crossfit, powerlifting e altre discipline di cui non ricordo il nome. Sopra c'è la sala pesi : completa, pulita e ben gestita dagli istruttori. Ripeto: mai scelta è stata più azzaccata! Spero tanto nel vostro successo perché ve lo meritate! Ps gli spogliatoi sembrano usciti da una rivista di desig d'interni ? Vi abbraccio, Sara I signed up 4 months ago, a little forced by my boyfriend who saw me very stressed. Ampia sala attrezzi super attrezzata, requisito fondamentale che ormai tutti ricerchiamo in una palestra degna di nota. Possiede inoltre un’ampia sala predisposta ai corsi più intensivi di Cross Fit e non solo. Istruttori competenti e qualificati, disponibili e aperti alle esigenze e ai bisogni di ogni atleta.
