Ci sono tantissimi corsi e un’attività di Personal trainer eseguita da professionisti qualificati con allenamenti pensati su misura per le esigenze personali di ogni singolo cliente . Che dire da frequentare assolutamente!!!!

Palestra sempre pulita e curata nei dettagli e lo staff è professionale e amichevole.. ti seguono sempre con discrezione e sono pronti a dispensare consigli per ottimizzare gli esercizi; inoltre avrete la possibilità di seguire i vari corsi come yoga, pilates, calistenics, tabata, etc etc.. Inizialmente ero scettico in quanto non mi ero mai considerato un tipo da palestra, temevo di stare per entrare in un ambiente che non mi appartenesse, ma... Subito cambiato idea dopo la prima giornata! La professionalità e la simpatia degli istruttori rendono la 360 Gym & olistic un luogo protetto in cui poter lavorare ed essere seguito sempre in caso di necessitá. E quando dico sempre, intendo sempre, anche a distanza di mesi dalla prima lezione (si continuo a dimenticare come fare gli esercizi, mea culpa). Il locale tra l'altro è ben fornito di attrezzi, cosa che aiuta nel non doversi mai fermare tra un esercizio e l'altro My first experience in a gym, enrolled about a year ago. Eppure da quando sono entrato in questa palestra, ho trovato la voglia di iniziare e non smettere. Tutto merito della cordialità dei titolari, della cura nei dettagli, della preparazione lavorativa di tutto lo staff, del clima amichevole che si respira qui dentro e dei vari corsi che vengono forniti. Un’ottima palestra per trovare la forma ideale o magari per dare sfogo allo stress quotidiano. Consiglio!! I have always tried to start in the gym, but I never found the spark. Yet ever since I joined this gym, I have found the desire to start and not quit. All thanks to the friendliness of the owners, the attention to detail, the work preparation of all the staff, the friendly atmosphere that reigns here and the various courses that are provided. Gianluca, Francesca e tutto lo staff sono dei veri professionisti, preparati e disponibili. Presenti ad ogni allenamento, non ti lasciano mai sola e sono pronti a correggerti. Il corso open permette di provare più discipline, così da non annoiarsi mai!Mi spiace solamente che le stelle sono solo 5, perché ne avrei date ancora di più! Ho proprio trovato l'ambiente che cercavo: pulito, ordinato e professionale. Sono stato accolto con calore e simpatia dal titolare Gianluca e dai ragazzi del suo team, competenti istruttori che ti seguono passo passo nel percorso di allenamento personalizzato. L'ambiente si presenta luminoso e spazioso, ben attrezzato per poter svolgere tutti i tipi di esercizi, e l'ingresso su prenotazione garantisce ordine e pulizia; molto comoda l'apertura domenicale! La palestra si presenta ben organizzata, con abbastanza attrezzi per evitare di dover attendere. Il tutto sempre pulito e soprattutto igienizzato con appositi prodotti, da passare ogni qualvolta si usa un attrezzo diverso. Con lo stesso abbonamento si ha la possibilità di effettuare vari corsi e, cosa che le altre palestre non hanno, è prevista la prenotazione (gli accessi sono limitati). Si evitano inutili e improduttivi tempi di attesa dentro la sala. Ottima professionalità di tutti i ragazzi, dal proprietario ai ragazzi in sala, che riescono a seguire bene e correttamente tutti i presenti in sala dando consigli e correzioni. Everything is always clean and above all sanitized with special products, to be used every time a different tool is used. With the same subscription you have the possibility to take various courses and, which the other gyms do not have, booking is required (access is limited). Unnecessary and unproductive waiting times inside the room are avoided. Excellent professionalism of all the guys, from the owner to the guys in the room, who manage to follow well and correctly all those present in the room, giving advice and corrections.
