Dopo aver preso un po di confidenza, ho iniziato a seguire anche un corso di AEROBOXE per abbinare
cosi un sessione di lavoro a corpo libero.
In sala trovate Eliana che sarà consigliarvi.
Fateci un salto!
 I discovered it almost by chance, some time ago, while I was looking for a weight room in the area.
After gaining some confidence, I also started following an AEROBOXE course to match
so a free body work session.
In the room you will find Eliana who will advise you.

Very nice and very clean gym, welcoming and prepared staff ready for explanations on all the lessons taking place, seriousness and kindness from all the staff, I recommend it to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra è luminosa e tranquilla, gli insegnanti e i proprietari sono preparati e attenti alle esigenze dei clienti, l'offerta di attività è variegata, (anche se purtroppo non si praticano le danze orientali) l'ambiente è sereno e piacevolissimo da frequentare!
The gym is bright and quiet, teachers and owners are prepared and attentive to customer needs, the offer of activities is varied, (although unfortunately oriental dances are not practiced) the environment is peaceful and very pleasant to attend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra piccola, ma molto ben attrezzata, con una sala pesi e due sale per i corsi (tra cui varie arti marziali: capoeira, karate, kung fu, ju jitsu). Personale disponibile e simpatico, istruttori validi preparati, sia chi sta in sala che chi tiene i corsi.
Small, but well-equipped gym with a weight room and two training rooms (including various martial arts: capoeira, karate, kung fu, ju jitsu). Helpful and friendly staff, good trained instructors, both those who are in the room and those who hold the courses.

Da Mauro ad Eliana(i proprietari) da Gianmarco ai maestri di arti marziali tutti, con grande competenza e amicizia,riescono a creare un ottimo ambiente sereno e stimolante.
Una bella sorpresa a pochi passi da casa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto dove la cortesia e la gentilezza sono di casa. Lo staff è eccezionale, dai maestri di arti marziali al preparatissimo staff che ti assiste in sala, alle ragazze dei vari corsi, tutti sempre pronti e disponibili per qualsiasi chiarimento e aiuto. Un luogo dove ci si può rigenerare fisicamente e mentalmente, insomma non esistono motivi per non andare. Bravi continuate cosi!
A place where courtesy and kindness are at home. The staff is exceptional, from the masters of martial arts to the highly trained staff that assists you in the hall, to the girls of the various courses, all always ready and available for any clarification and help. A place where you can regenerate physically and mentally, in short, there are no reasons not to go. Well done keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto questa palestra perché è comodissima a casa. Il personale è gentile e al momento dell'iscrizione ha cercato di trovare la soluzione migliore per me e il mio compagno.
La sala attrezzi è ben fornita e luminosa. Gli attrezzi sono di ultima generazione e ben tenuti. Non manca proprio nulla.
Unica pecca è l'ambiente, che per quanto sia decissmente pulito, necessiterebbe di un restyling per mano di un esperto. Colori, materiali e arredi sembrano scelti più per caso che in seguito ad uno studio. Questo aspetto va decisamente a danno della struttura.
Lo stesso per gli spogliatoi.
I chose this gym because it's so comfortable at home. The staff is friendly and at the time of registration tried to find the best solution for me and my partner.
The equipment room is well-stocked and bright. The tools are of the latest generation and well kept. Nothing is missing.
The only flaw is the environment, which although decissently clean, would need a restyling by an expert. Colors, materials and furnishings seem to be chosen more by chance than after a study. This aspect definitely goes against the structure.
Same for the locker rooms.
