β β β β β Palestra abbastanza spaziosa e molto accogliente e i prolrietari sono delle persone davvero splendide. La sala attrezzi Γ¨ ben fornita anche se personalmente frequento il corso di boxe dove ho trovato un ambiente accogliente. C Γ¨ qualitΓ , cura e attenzione verso i ragazzi e cosa molto importante c Γ¨ possibilitΓ di crescita per chi ha intenzione di provare il ring.
 Quite spacious and very welcoming gym and the proletarians are really wonderful people. The equipment room is well equipped even if I personally attend the boxing course where I found a welcoming environment. There is quality, care and attention towards the boys and what is very important is the possibility of growth for those who intend to try the ring.

β β β β β Γ il mio punto di riferimento a Bologna, da (ormai ex) pallavolista, l'ho frequentata e la frequento per le esigenze piΓΉ svariate: per riabilitazione post-infortunio, per potenziamento, preparazione atletica, e per i bellissimi corsi di pilates e zumba (ho anche provato la boxe!). Sono dei professionisti veri, gentilissimi e competenti. BRAVI!
It is my point of reference in Bologna, as a (now former) volleyball player, I attended it and I attend it for the most varied needs: for post-injury rehabilitation, for strengthening, athletic training, and for the beautiful pilates and zumba courses. (I even tried boxing!). They are true professionals, very kind and competent. GOOD!

β β β β β La gioia di imparare lβarte del pugilato,(nonostante la mia non piΓΉ giovane etΓ ),la bravura degli insegnati Moreno e Diana che con la loro empatia coinvolgono tutti, dai piΓΉ grandi ai piΓΉ piccini, il sorriso di mio figlio quando torna dal corso di boxe, non hanno prezzo.
Ringrazio la Regis per regalarci questi momenti di benessere psicofisico e di sfogo da tutte le tensioni che tra lavoro, scuola e vita di tutti i giorni, ci portiamo dietro. Quando entriamo in palestra ci sentiamo bene e quando andiamo via non vediamo lβora di ritornare. We love boxe!
The joy of learning the art of boxing, (despite my no longer young age), the skill of the teachers Moreno and Diana who with their empathy involve everyone, from the oldest to the youngest, the smile of my son when he returns from boxing course, they are priceless.
I thank Regis for giving us these moments of psychophysical well-being and relief from all the tensions that we carry with us between work, school and everyday life. When we enter the gym we feel good and when we leave we can't wait to go back. We love boxing!
