★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typisches Haus in der Innenstadt von Rom..kleine Gasse, aber sehr günstig gelegen und man kommt zu Fuß wirklich zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. 2 Zimmer...Miniküche....UND KLIMA!!! Das ist schon mal ne Menge wert. Bett war gut gepolstert...das Schlafen für Person 3-4 auf der Schlafcouch ist allerdings mit Rückenschmerzen verbunden..nicht jedermanns Sache denke ich. Die Inhaberin hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären und hat sich sehr freundlich und engagiert gekümmert. Englisch war kein Problem. Kann man zumindest für 2 Personen absolut empfehlen!
Typical house in the city center of Rome .. small alley, but very conveniently located and walking distance to all sights. 2 rooms ... mini kitchen .... AND CLIMATE !!! That's worth a lot. Bed was well padded ... Sleeping for person 3-4 on the sofa bed is however connected with back pain .. not everyone's thing I think. The owner has taken a lot of time to show and explain everything and has been very friendly and dedicated. English was no problem. Can you at least for 2 people absolutely recommend!

Nous revenons à Rome en avril 2019 mais c'est complet, dommage. Béatrice, si vous avez un confrère, n'hésitez pas à me contacter ?. Beaux souvenirs.
Great stay spent with my best friend 2 or 3 years ago. Professional welcome and lots of advice. Very nice apartment ideally located. We return to Rome in April 2019 but it's complete, too bad. Beatrice, if you have a colleague, do not hesitate to contact me. Beautiful memories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Потрясающая квартира- просторная, красивая, в самом центре, возле достопримечательностей, вокруг полно магазинчиков.
Очень приятным бонусом было наличие шампуней, гелей, чая,кофе,сахара, печенья, пасты и соуса. Хоть это и квартира, но отлично организован итальянский завтрак в соседней кофейне.
Очень заботливая хозяйка - все объяснила, показала, организовала нам 2 такси. Спасибо огромное!
Stunning apartment is spacious, beautiful, in the very center, near the sights, full of shops.
A very nice bonus was the presence of shampoos, gels, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, pasta and sauce. Although this apartment, but perfectly organized Italian breakfast in a nearby coffee shop.
Very caring hostess - she explained everything, showed, arranged for us 2 taxis. Thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No soundproofing, there was construction outside during the weekdays. When we stayed there was also construction in the apartment upstairs. On the weekends the bar / restaurant has music blaring in the afternoons and we can feel the bass thumping from the bedroom and hear the sound through the windows. At night you can hear the conversations from the people on the street.
The bathroom of the apartment with red sofa, the hot water took more than 20 minutes to come out of the sink if you don't run the bidet first and the toilet was difficult to flush (the owner explained because is how it was in the old days.)
You need to have a total of four keys to get into the apartment. One door and one gate downstairs and two doors after you reach the 2nd floor.
Breakfast was off site at a cafe down the street (starts at 8:30 or 9:00 depending on the day), consists of a pastry with coffee and a glass of orange juice from a bottle.
Apartments are larger than the typical hotel rooms. The Deluxe apartment (white headboard and green sofa) is more comfortable than the other apartment (green headboard and red sofa.) Cecilia did a great job cleaning the rooms and refilling supplies.
