sono stata 3 anni cliente di questo CAF e devo dire che finché non ho avuto bisogno di qualcosa di più specifico è stato un rapporto normale con richieste evase in maniera corretta e tempi celeri. Purtroppo così non è stato nel momento in cui ho avuto la necessità di richiedere altre prestazioni. da lì un incubo, perché nonostante abbia seguito la procedura corretta per recedere da accordi di cui non mi era stata data corretta informazione continuo ad avere prelevamenti sul mio conto che si attestano intorno ai 50€ mensili. quando mi sono recata in sede per chiedere spiegazioni mi è stato detto che non erano canoni dati dal caf ma dallo "Stato" e altre affermazioni su cui non mi dilungo per una questione di privacy ma che ritengo gravi. Da lì si è interrotto per sempre il rapporto di fiducia. Mi spiace scrivere questo tipo di cose, ma spero questa brutta esperienza non capiti a nessun altro, soprattutto non capiti a qualcuno con meno risorse.

I was a client of this CAF for 3 years and I have to say that as long as I did not need something more specific, it was a normal relationship with correctly fulfilled requests and quick times. Unfortunately, this was not the moment when I needed to request other services. from there a nightmare, because despite having followed the correct procedure to withdraw from agreements that I was not given correct information continued to have withdrawals on my account that are around € 50 per month. When I went to the office to ask for explanations, I was told that they were not the data given by the caf but by the "State" and other statements that I do not dwell on for a matter of privacy but which I consider serious. From there the relationship of trust was interrupted forever. I'm sorry to write this kind of thing, but I hope this bad experience does not happen to anyone else, especially not understood by someone with less resources.
