Poca serietà, girerò voce di questo. E di certo non tornerò più nel vostro negozio.

Ordino un paio di stivali in pelle e faccio immediatamente la ricarica poste pay al proprietario, dopo due settimane nessun arrivo, allora chiamo e mi dicono domani le spediamo , passa una settimana, niente richiamo e mi dicono che presto le spediranno, dopo due mesi tra messaggi e chiamate mi arrivano gli stivali , peccato che mi arrivano marroni anziché bianchi. Con tutta calma chiamo e gli dico che avevano sbagliato, mi dicono di rispedirglieli, e va bene. Ho dovuto pagare la spedizione io a carico mio per un loro errore e va bene mandiamo giù anche questa. Finalmente mi arrivano gli stivali dopo altre due settimane e niente erano leggermente graffiati. Nemmeno la cura di dire ti rimborsiamo la spedizione dato che è stato un nostro errore.

My boots finally arrive after another two weeks and nothing was lightly scratched. We don't even bother to say we refund shipping to you as it was our mistake.
