★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi presento all’appuntamento con 10 minuti di anticipo entro in saletta e per 10 minuti nessuna anima viva , dopo 10 minuti esce un ragazzo che mi chiede se dovevo fare la revisione , rispondo si è che ho l’appuntamento x le 10 :30.
Dopo 10 minuti esce un altro ragazzo e mi comunica che oggi le revisioni non si fanno perché il portale non funziona .
Adesso mi chiedo , oltre ad aver aspettato quasi 20 minuti per poi sentirmi dire quanto sopra , ma non potevate avvisare prima !!!!!!!!!

I show up for the appointment 10 minutes early, I go into the room and for 10 minutes no living soul, after 10 minutes a guy comes out and asks me if I had to do the revision, I answer yes, I have an appointment for 10: 30.
After 10 minutes another guy comes out and tells me that revisions are not done today because the portal is not working.
Now I wonder, in addition to having waited almost 20 minutes to then hear me say the above, but you could not have warned before !!!!!!!!!
Zero customer respect!
