Definitely cozy apartment, all the comforts available, attentive staff to give you the best and do not miss anything, the cleaning is excellent, Station can be reached without problems, recommended for those who also love tranquility excellent soundproofing.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place as I was not able to stay overnight due to the cancellation by the owner during my train journey a few hours before arrival.I had to find another accommodation on my own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my family visited Rome, we spent 3 nights here. Its such a cozy space. We really loved the warmth reception we got and how neatly dressed the suit was.
There was complimentary breakfast, you also have option of making your food as its equipped with kitchen wares.
This place is about 750m away from Tiburtina train station.
However, I would like to suggest a heat extractor be installed above the cooking stove and a proper sign post placed so it's easy to locate.
