★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la scusa di fare cose innovative sono uscita dal negozio esattamente come sono entrata. Sulla testa 6 cm di ricrescita perché i colpì di sole non vanno più e sono d'accordo ma perché ho speso 145 euro non l.ho capito. Il giorno dopo la piega era inesistente e inoltre ti fanno anche pagare lo shampoo 20 euro. Nessun parrucchiere mi ha mai fatto pagar e lo shampoo. Che vergogna.
With the excuse of doing innovative things I left the shop exactly as I entered. On the head 6 cm of regrowth because the sunstrokes don't go anymore and I agree but because I spent 145 euros I didn't understand it. The next day the crease was non-existent and they also charge you for the shampoo 20 euros. No hairdresser has ever made me pay for it and shampoo. What a shame.

Mi hanno preventivato una spesa di 180€ (taglio escluso) per un trattamento che normalmente pago tra 70 ed 80€ (taglio compreso). Mi hanno anche dato anche il loro listino prezzi, che risulta difforme dal preventivo proposto. La signora ha giustificato la cosa dicendo che i prezzi non sono aggiornati e che è la somma del lavoro a determinare il costo. Sono del parere che il lavoro va pagato, ma onestamente e nel giusto! Sicuramente non tornerò.
Dishonest! I was just asking for information this morning. They estimated a cost of 180 € (excluding cutting) for a treatment I normally pay between 70 and 80 € (including cutting). They also gave me their price list, which is different from the proposed estimate. The lady justified this by saying that the prices are not up to date and that it is the sum of the work that determines the cost. I am of the opinion that the work must be paid for, but honestly and in the right way! I certainly won't come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco Artistico Hair da più di 18 anni(Oddio ) e dopo aver girato tanti (ma tanti)parrucchieri a Roma, sono approdata quasi per caso, attraverso una conoscente che frequentava come me il DAMS. Colpita dalla bellezza del suo taglio, le chiesi dove avesse tagliato i capelli...e così il resto è storia. Poi la vita mi ha portato in Germania, ma benché transiti per Roma, mio malgrado solo qualche giorno, è per me inconcepibile non farmi fare un taglio dal bravissimo Armando e i colpi di sole dall‘altrettanto bravissimo Marcello. Secondo me sono i più bravi di Roma...e complimenti a tutto il resto dello staff. I tedeschi da loro dovrebbero imparare ...
I have known Artistic Hair for more than 18 years (Oddio) and after touring many (but many) hairdressers in Rome, I arrived almost by accident, through an acquaintance who attended DAMS like me. Struck by the beauty of her cut, I asked her where she had cut her hair ... and so the rest is history. Then life took me to Germany, but although it passes through Rome, despite myself only a few days, it is inconceivable for me not to have a cut from the excellent Armando and the sunstroke by the equally excellent Marcello. I think they are the best in Rome ... and congratulations to all the rest of the staff. The Germans should learn from them ...
