★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto la mia auto a cambiare dischi e pastiglie. Lavoro rapido, in mezz’ora circa hanno già finito. 200€ ca. I problemi cominciano dopo: dopo neanche un mese i freni cominciano a fischiare più di prima. Lascio passare un po’ di tempo per vedere se la questione si risolve, e invece peggiora. Richiamo, mi viene detto prima che avrei dovuto chiamare subito, poi che con i freni nuovi il fischio è normale (erano passati 3mila chilometri), e infine viene data colpa all’umidità (A LUGLIO). Portata nuovamente l’auto, in dieci minuti scarsi mi limano un po’ le pastiglie, facendomi tra l’altro perdere qualcosa in frenata, e me la riconsegnano. Stavolta passa una settimana e sono al punto di partenza, con l’aggravante che adesso il freno dx fischia anche senza frenare, basta procedere a passo d’uomo per sentire che c’è qualcosa che non va. Chiamo cinque (5) volte e nessuno mi risponde. Mai più.

The problems start later: after less than a month the brakes begin to whistle more than before. I let some time pass to see if the issue is resolved, and instead it gets worse. I recall, I am told first that I should have called immediately, then that with the new brakes the whistle is normal (3 thousand kilometers had passed), and finally the humidity is blamed (IN JULY). Once the car is brought back, in just ten minutes they file down the pads a little, making me lose something under braking, and they give it back to me. This time a week passes and I am at the starting point, with the aggravating circumstance that now the right brake whistles even without braking, just proceed at a walking pace to feel that something is wrong. I call five (5) times and no one answers me. Never again.
