★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire. È un'officina al Top. Io vivo in Puglia e da quando ho avuto modo di conoscerli ed apprezzarli sia sotto il profilo professionale che umano li consiglio assolutamente a tutti. Fausto, il grande Capo è una persona così semplice e cortese che fa ricordare i bei tempi di quando si viveva di veri rapporti umani, cosa quasi estinta al mondo d'oggi. Poco tempo fa ho fatto parlare telefonicamente un mio amico che aveva bisogno di una consulenza, regolarmente ricevuta. Alla fine della telefonata era incredulo dalla disponibilità ricevuta e mi ha chiesto:- ma dove l'hai trovato questo Signore. Quindi per concludere invito tutti a fare la conoscenza sua e di tutto lo splendido staff. Colgo l'occasione per salutarlo affettuosamente. Per me un Amico. Grazie di tutto Grande Fausto.
What to say. It is a top-of-the-range workshop. I live in Puglia and since I got to know and appreciate them both professionally and humanly I recommend them to everyone. Fausto, the great Boss is such a simple and courteous person that he reminds us of the good times of when we lived on true human relationships, which is almost extinct in today's world. A short time ago I had a friend of mine speak by telephone who needed advice, regularly received. At the end of the phone call he was incredulous at the availability he received and asked me: - where did you find this Lord. Indeciso fino all'ultimo mi sono informato sulle officine specializzate e mi è stato fortemente consigliato questo posto. Ho trovato precisione e professionalità. L'auto (una BMW con cambio ZF8HP) al momento va molto bene in seguito all'intervento. Consigliato.
From a preventive point of view, I intended to do an automatic transmission oil replacement service. Undecided until the last, I inquired about the specialized workshops and I was strongly recommended this place. I found precision and professionalism. The car (a BMW with ZF8HP gearbox) is currently running very well after the intervention. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rotto il cambio ad Imola durante il rientro dalle ferie, ho trovato AB Cambi su internet, dopo una breve telefonata non avevo alternative se non recarmi presso l'officina con il cambio in protezione sulla seconda marcia. Sono stato accolto e servito subito con la diagnosi e cancellazione dell'errore....non mi hanno fatto pagare nulla ed ho provato a ripartire per Torino ....ma il problema non è stato cancellato quindi non potevo proseguire il viaggio.
Niente da fare mi hanno detto chiaramente il lavoro da fare e il relativo prezzo, nulla da discutere né sul lavoro né sui costi...ilmlavoro sarebbe stato completo, garantito e migliorativo. Ritiro l'auto dopo un mese, dopo 200km di nuovo un problema simile! Il supporto ricevuto è stato totale e inaspettato, siamo stati in contatto diretto e poi sono venuti in contro a prendere l'auto per riportarla a Bologna. Hanno rimontato tutto e sostituito la.parte elettronica, probabilmente è stato un problema di mortalità infantile di qualche componente elettronico. Ritornerò per la.manutenzione periodica, nonostante il problema avuto si sono dimostrati competenti e professionali tutti, dai meccanici al titolare senza escludere la segreteria!
Broken the gearbox in Imola during the return from vacation, I found AB Cambi on the internet, after a short phone call I had no alternative but to go to the workshop with the gearbox in protection on second gear. I was welcomed and served immediately with the diagnosis and cancellation of the error .... they did not charge me anything and I tried to leave for Turin .... but the problem was not canceled so I could not continue the journey.
Nothing to do they told me clearly the work to be done and the relative price, nothing to discuss neither on the work nor on the costs ... the work would have been complete, guaranteed and improved. I collect the car after a month, after 200km a similar problem again! The support received was total and unexpected, we were in direct contact and then they came to pick up the car to bring it back to Bologna. They reassembled everything and replaced the electronic part, probably it was a problem of infant mortality of some electronic component. I will return for the periodic maintenance, despite the problem they have all proved competent and professional, from the mechanics to the owner without excluding the secretariat!
