Il risultato è stato ottimo ed i tempi ed il budget rispettato. I commissioned a redesign of the office: they worked allowing me to keep open, with speed and care. Due ore prima dell'appuntamento fissato per il sopralluogo sono stata avvisata via mail/whatsapp che non sarebbero venuti e che avrebbero rischedulato nei giorni seguenti. Purtroppo non si sono fatti più sentire e, di fronte alla mia lamentela, hanno detto che clienti arrivati prima di me avevano richiesto cambiamenti di orario e avevano la priorità. Prendo atto della scusa e, a mio avviso, della mancanza totale di professionalità e di rispetto del potenziale cliente. Ora posso affermare che è stata una esperienza straordinaria, perchè abitare in un cantiere significa condividere polvere, disagi, freddo, caldo, e problemi ma soprattutto conoscere ed apprezzare i professionisti del lavoro quotidiano, dalle demolizioni alle ricostruzioni. Dico proprio Professionisti perchè la squadra di Artigiana Extra, a partire dal titolare Davide è una garanzia di serietà, impegno e precisione. Non basta saper fare un lavoro , bisogna saper risolvere in pochissimo tempo ogni imprevisto rispettando tempi e costi. E per tutto questo consiglio questa azienda a tutti, anche a quelli che come me hanno ristrutturato casa , abitandoci, in 45 giorni e con risultato eccellente ! La professionalità del sig.Alberti e dei suoi collaboratori è da premiare . In questo settore regna ormai, ed è nostra esperienza diretta, una grande disorganizzazione, a causa anche del degrado dovuto all'invasione del settore di gente che non sa lavorare...invece loro sono una boccata d'aria fresca! Lavorano come si lavorava una volta , con grande professionalità ed umiltà allo stesso tempo ascoltando le richieste del cliente e consigliandolo nelle sue scelte.
