I didn't buy a property but a piece of equipment they used. I went on the trust of what they said to me and how the excavator looked like .. company and the people who make it up are deserving, helpful and professional ..

Mi sono rapportata per tutto il periodo con Alice e Luca e devo dire che mi hanno seguito in ogni passo, da quando la casa era solo cemento a quando è diventata la Mia casa. Disponibili in ogni passaggio, dalla semplice presentazione dell’immobile a livello progettuale fino alla vendita. L’acquisto della prima casa è sempre una grande emozione ma anche una grande responsabilità e con Alice e Luca che mi hanno affiancato, dissipando ogni dubbio e ogni perplessità, questo passo è stato davvero vissuto con tutta la felicità e spensieratezza sperata. Ho aspettato un po’ per fare la recensione perché nonostante la casa sia stata acquistata in giugno, solo agli inizi di settembre ho potuto viverla e sentirla veramente casa mia, e devo dire che la qualità e la professionalità che viene data da questa squadra non ha eguali. I materiali, le finiture e l’accuratezza nella scelta di essi fanno la differenza.Perché si sa che le cose belle hanno un prezzo, ma qua si parla di avere in mano un immobile di valore costruito rendendo reali le aspettative, si comprende che qua si paga davvero l’esperienza e la ricercatezza frutto di un duro lavoro. I have been in relationship with Alice and Luca throughout the period and I must say that they followed me in every step, from when the house was only concrete to when it became my home. Buying a first home is always a great emotion but also a great responsibility and with Alice and Luca who supported me, dispelling all doubts and perplexities, this step was truly lived with all the hoped-for happiness and light-heartedness. I waited a while to do the review because although the house was purchased in June, only at the beginning of September I was able to experience it and feel it truly my home, and I must say that the quality and professionalism that is given by this team has not equal.
