Mi ha risposto una signora che nel frattempo parlava con altre persone, chiedendomi di richiamare più tardi ma poi dandomi comunque delle info, precisando tre volte che ci volesse la patente (cosa che abbiamo). Per la esagerata non cordialità ho dovuto congedarmi nella telefonata. Nemmeno arrivederci. Pessimo.
Exaggerated rudeness on the phone. Tourists do not call this agency. I was answered by a lady who in the meantime was talking to other people, asking me to call back later but then giving me some info anyway, specifying three times that we needed a driving license (which we have). For the exaggerated non-cordiality I had to say goodbye on the phone call. Not even goodbye. Terrible.

I left my boat in winter at the Artemar shipyard. I can testify that I was very satisfied with both the quality and the seriousness of their service, including the work carried out on which the technical sales manager, Calogero, reported to me regularly.
