Se non sei esperto ti aiutano. Più caro di un supermercato? Si, ma neanche così tanto però capaci di spiegarti al telefono come riparare da solo la pellet. E trattano solo prodotti di qualità. They know the products they sell, they know how to repair them, they know the area where they sell, they have exceptional windproof chimneys. If you are not expert they help you. More expensive than a supermarket? Yes, but not so much, however, able to explain to you on the phone how to repair the pellet yourself. And they only deal with quality products.
