★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai visto dell'incompetemza a questo livello!!li ho chiamati per un problema di acqua calda e dopo avermi spostato due volte l appuntamento sono arrivati ed hanno bloccato il riscaldamento....ho chiamato ripetutamente (2 settimane e sono ancora senza riscaldamento) Oggi avrei dovuto avere l appuntamento per il riscaldamento ma per l ennesima volta mi hanno chiamata per spostare l appuntamento!!!assurdo!!!
Never seen the incompetemza at this level !! I called them for a hot water problem and after moving me twice the appointment they arrived and they blocked the heating .... I called repeatedly (2 weeks and I'm still without heating) Today I should have had the appointment for the heating but for the umpteenth time they called me to move the appointment !!! absurd !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A me il venerdì hanno fatto la revisione della caldaia, la domenica si è rotta e ho passato il lunedì al freddo e senza acqua calda a chiamarli per verificare il guasto senza avere risposte e dopo insistenti richieste alle 7 di sera sono venuti e in malo modo hanno declinato qualsiasi responsabilità. Ho dovuto comprare una caldaia nuova.
On Friday they did the overhaul of the boiler, on Sunday it broke and I spent Monday in the cold and without hot water to call them to check the fault without having answers and after insistent requests at 7 pm they came and badly have declined any responsibility. I had to buy a new boiler.

Senza il loro intervento avrei dovuto mandar via le clienti senza acqua calda non potevo lavar loro i capelli!
Sicuramente terró sempre loro come assistenza .

I called for an emergency and even though I wasn't their customer they came within the day and solved everything!
Without their intervention I would have had to send the clients away without hot water I could not wash their hair!
I will definitely always keep them as assistance.

honestly not a great experience .... the only times I have problems with the boiler depend on when I get the smoke check. when I have to do it again in two years I will change company
