G	Gianfilippo Castagna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo la suddetta azienda, che da anni si occupa della pulizia della caldaia della casa in cui sono in affitto, perché la caldaia va spesso in blocco. Arriva il tecnico che, entrato in lavanderia con l aiuto dei vicini (io ero in ritardo), ispeziona la caldaia e al mio arrivo mi fa diagnosi di: malfunzionamendo del relè di accensione e mi dice che va sostituita l'intera scheda. Prende 50 euro per l'uscita e mi dice che si sarebbe fatto zentire dopo aver trovato la scheda e che i 50 euro sarebbero stati decurtati dal prezzo totale di riparazione. Passata 1 settimana mi chiamano dicendo che la scheda non è più in produzione e che avrei, ahimè dovuto cambiare la caldaia. Chiamo quindi il proprietario per comunicare la lieta novella e costui manda un tecnico che se non ho capito male lavora proprio per la marca della caldaia e con mio stupore, si porta ad esaminare il filtro di aereazione che risulta completamente intasato da polvere e ragnatele. In pratica con una soffiata di compressore risolve il problema (sono passati almeno sei mesi), miracolosamente la scheda elettrica si autoaggiusta e siamo passati dalla sostituzione della caldaia alla pulizia del filtro. Morale della favola ho pagato al primo 50 euro di uscita per sentirmi raccontare una caxxaxa fotonica. I then call the owner to communicate the good news and he sends a technician who, if I have not misunderstood, works precisely for the brand of the boiler and to my amazement, goes to examine the ventilation filter which is completely clogged with dust and cobwebs. In practice, with a blow from the compressor it solves the problem (at least six months have passed), miraculously the electrical board adjusts itself and we have gone from replacing the boiler to cleaning the filter. Moral of the story I paid the first 50 euro to be told about a photonic caxxaxa. Thanks
