Ho fatto colore, taglio e quasi una piega....ma soprattutto sono uscita da lì con capelli dappertutto e macchie di colore in faccia, sul collo e fin dentro alle orecchie! sto faticando non poco per togliere tutti questi segni.....ho pagato come una qualsiasi cliente fidelizzata ma ho ricevuto un pessimo trattamento e scarso riguardo per la mia persona! Attenzione
Not being from Asti this morning I looked for an open hairdresser who could receive me. Apparently I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism. I did color, cut and almost a crease .... but most of all I came out of there with hair all over the place and splashes of color on my face, on the neck and up to my ears! I am struggling a lot to remove all these signs ..... I paid like any loyal customer but I received bad treatment and little regard for my person! Attention
