Un’ottima scelta di prodotti pronti a cuocere. Assolutamente da provare una delle specialità della cucina: la trippa!! ? I	Ivano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato io e mia moglie abbiamo deciso per la prima volta, di entrare in questa splendida macelleria e di acquistare alcuni prodotti. Vetrina perfetta, uno spettacolo per la vista, abbiamo acquistato la salsiccia di vitello, due bistecche di bue e un pezzo di bollito. Iniziamo dalla salsiccia, deliziosa, drogata il giusto, un sapore squisito, nota di stramerito, va alla carne di bue: tenerissima, si scioglieva in bocca, lasciando deliziato il palato dal sapore eccellente della carne. Sono onesto, ho girato per lavoro in luoghi dove la carne è molto rinomata (argentina e brasile), ma credetemi carne buona come questa che ho mangiato da piemonte carni, in giro non l'ho mai trovata. Abitiamo in provincia di Torino, e per motivi di lavoro riusciamo a venire ad asti solo a settimane alterne, ma sicuramente ad ogni visita, faremo tappa fissa presso il negozio, con la speranza di trovare ancora la carne di bue, e ne approfitteremo per assaggiare altri tagli di carne visti in vetrina. Perfect showcase, a sight to behold, we bought the veal sausage, two beef steaks and a piece of boiled meat. Let's start with the sausage, delicious, drugged just the right way, an exquisite flavor, a hint of overdone, goes to the beef: very tender, it melted in the mouth, delighting the palate with the excellent flavor of the meat. I am honest, I have traveled for work in places where meat is very famous (Argentina and Brazil), but believe me good meat like this one I ate from Piedmont meat, I have never found it around. We live in the province of Turin, and for work reasons we only manage to come to asti every other week, but certainly at each visit, we will make a fixed stop at the shop, with the hope of still finding ox meat, and we will take the opportunity to taste other cuts of meat seen in the shop window.
