Ho chiamato 2 volte dicendo di passarmi un dottore che stava visitando. Mi han detto che sarei stato richiamato dopo la visita. Risultato: ho richiamato IO e mi han detto (dopo poco più di un'ora ) che il dottore era già andato. Visto che la cosa era urgente per poter prender delle medicine e che il dott si ripresenterà fra 2 giorni, tra farmi prescrivere le medicine e prenderle passano giorni molto preziosi. La correttezza e la professionalità non sono di certo di questo ufficio. I dottori non c'entrano, parlo del rapporto cliente-struttura, 0 - - Seriousness of telephone operators zero. Quando si ha a che fare con specialisti del genere, si può dire una sola parola: 'Complimenti'. Anche in accettazione ho (ri)trovato gentilezza e disponibilità. Nervosa e con arroganza, sebbene avessi avuto il contatto per accordi di un intervento di asportazione cisti a seguito della visita di un medico asl che ieri mi ha visitato ed indicato questo numero sul referto, mi rispondono che il dottore neanche lo conoscono ( opera da 8 anni nell’ospedale di Sassuolo…) e che per fornirmi indicazioni devo rifare la visita chirurgica o dermatologica con i loro medici a pagamento da 120/150 euro per poi indirizzarmi all’intervento con altri costi stratosferici. Mi rivolgerò sicuramente altrove e mi dispiace di tanta maleducazione nella sanità, pensando addirittura che riguarda la parte a pagamento. If this is marketing… poor us.
