★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentato per un banale problema ad un tasto del notebook.
Nonostante il PC fosse "irriparabile" per via della mancanza dei pezzi e della difficoltà a reperirli, quello che ritengo fosse il titolare (Claudio) mi ha risolto il problema in un modo veloce e "casereccio", a costo zero e anche esteticamente e funzionalmente convincente, in attesa di cambiare il notebook.
Cinque stelle per costi, velocità, efficienza del servizio e sopratutto la simpatia del titolare! Bravissimo e grazie ancora!
I presented myself with a trivial problem with a notebook key.
Although the PC was "unrepeatable" because of the lack of parts and the difficulty in finding them, what I think was the owner (Claudio) solved the problem for me in a fast and "homemade" way, at no cost and also aesthetically and functionally convincing, waiting to change the notebook.
Five stars for costs, speed, service efficiency and above all the owner's sympathy! Bravissimo and thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sto aspettando un preventivo per un pc fisso dal 7 settembre, dopo mie continue telefonate ed esser passato in negozio 2 volte sto continuando ad essere rimandato con varie motivazioni.
Ho mandato un’email di ulteriore richiesta preventivo alla quale non ho ricevuto risposta ed all’alba del 20 settembre attendo ancora email con un semplice preventivo.
Non capisco se non gli interessa un nuovo cliente o sono talmente full di lavoro da non riuscire a stare dietro a tutto.
Decisamente fuori tempo.
I am waiting for a quote for a fixed pc from 7 September, after my constant phone calls and having passed the shop twice, I am continuing to be postponed for various reasons.
I sent an email with a further request for a quote to which I have not received an answer and at dawn on September 20 I am still waiting for an email with a simple quote.
I don't know if they don't care about a new client or are so full of work that they can't keep up with everything.
Definitely out of time.

Da adesso, prima di comprare un computer (ormai era l'unica soluzione, visti i costi dell'assistenza) come prima opzione porterò in questo laboratorio tutti i vecchi computer aziendali perché vengano riparati. Poi, semmai, esaminerò la sostituzione: ma sono certo che non sarà necessario. Laboratorio da segnalare con massimo punteggio.

Appena arrivato mi trovo a parlare delle varie problematiche del mio computer con una persona che si dimostra subito molto disponibile e competente.
Gia di primo impatto mi ha fatto capire che voleva risolvere i vari problemi del pc.
Dopo neanche 24 ore mi richiama spiegandomi tutti i problemi che ci sarebbero stati da risolvere, chiedendomi l autorizzazione a cambiare i pezzi che c erano da sistemare.
Il giorno dopo ancora torno e ritiro il computer.
Prezzo molto onesto, spiegazione dei problemi e dei vari cambiamenti fatti molto chiara (e sono una persona che d informatica non ne capisce molto).
Disponibile a dare delucidazioni su ogni dubbio che si ha.
Sicuramente se dovro ancora aver bisogno tornerò da Claudio.
This place was recommended to me by a friend of mine.
As soon as I arrive I find myself talking about the various problems of my computer with a person who immediately proves to be very helpful and competent.
At first glance he made me understand that he wanted to solve various pc problems.
After less than 24 hours he calls me back explaining all the problems that there would have to be solved, asking me for permission to change the pieces that had to be fixed.
The next day I still come back and pick up the computer.
Very fair price, explanation of the problems and the various changes made very clear (and I'm a computer person who doesn't understand much about it).
Willing to give explanations on any doubts you have.
Surely if I still need to go back to Claudio.
