Invece mi ha stupito la collaborazione ricevuta nello svolgere le pratiche addirittura sbrigandole al mio posto con professionalità e competenza. La cosa che però ho apprezzato maggiormente di lei è stata la delicatezza con cui ha svolto il suo lavoro in una situazione a dir poco difficile,la perdita di un'animale in questo caso della mia adorata gattina Lulu' mi aveva distrutto psicologicamente e solamente dopo pochi minuti non avevi più l’impressione che stesse lavorando, ma che fosse una tua amica li per aiutarti in un momento difficile, e se ci penso alla fine è stato così. Ringrazio lei e il suo staff per il lavoro svolto e la consiglio vivamente. Ovviamente un buon servizio funebre non lenisce il dolore per la perdita del nostro pelosetto ma è certamente di conforto sapere che il nostro amico è stato trattato nel migliore dei modi e che praticamente ogni richiesta per il suo "arrivederci" è stata esaudita. Servizio ineccepibile. Stella and her colleagues of "goodbye puppies" were really impeccable: maximum availability, maximum kindness and excellent service.
