★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo la delusione voglio dare l'opportunità a questa azienda di rifarsi per la cattiva gestione del ordine. Chiedo un preventivo e mi viene risposto che per la mia cattiva recensione non mi vogliono fare nessun preventivo! Ci sta.... ma la email e firmata l'amministratore senza nome. Dubbio: sarà veramente l'amministratore oppure l'impiegata che ha gestito male il mio ordine.
 After the disappointment I want to give this company the opportunity to make up for the mismanagement of the order. I ask for a quote and I am told that for my bad review they do not want me to make a quote! There is .... but the email is signed by the unnamed administrator. Doubt: it will really be the administrator or the clerk who handled my order badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire per la qualità della consegna. Ma io ho ordinato e pagato per un letto matrimoniale con bancali 80 x 120. Fatto preventivo riconfermato che non volevo bancali da 80 x 100 ma 80 x 120. Ho pagato anche la fornitura visto che era gratuito solo per i bancali 80 x 100.
Dopo più di un mese di attesa arrivano bancali 80 x 100! Chiamo immediatamente l'azienda è chiedo la sostituzione immediata. Mi richiama un responsabile e mi spiega che per loro è una perdita insostenibile e mi propone dei bancali tagliati per arrivare alla mia lunghezza desiderata. E per compensare la mia perdita della differenza pagata mi mandava un mobiletto.
Risultato bancali tagliati ok... ma il premio sono 2 bottiglia di vino con un portabottiglie che nel loro Shop vendono a 14.90.
Una bella presa per il cu..... e mi ritrovo con un letto ripezzato e non come era progettato.scritta una email non si degnano di rispondere.
Mai più faccio lavorare questa azienda.
Nothing to say for the quality of the delivery. But I ordered and paid for a double bed with 80 x 120 pallets. I reconfirmed that I did not want 80 x 100 pallets but 80 x 120. I also paid for the supply as it was free only for 80 x 100 pallets.
After more than a month of waiting, 80 x 100 pallets arrive! I call the company immediately and ask for immediate replacement. A manager calls me back and explains that for them it is an unbearable loss and offers me some pallets cut to get to my desired length. And to make up for my loss of the difference paid, he sent me a cabinet.
Result pallets cut ok ... but the prize is 2 bottles of wine with a bottle holder which in their shop sell for 14.90.
A nice outlet for the cu ..... and I find myself with a repeatable bed and not as it was designed. Written an email they do not deign to reply.
Never again do I make this company work.
