★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'offerta del negozio è quello che cercavo, i mobili classici sono di alta qualità e solidamente realizzati. Le consegne vengono effettuate in tempi relativamente brevi. Segnalo che ho scelto il servizio di montaggio offerto con la garanzia di 10 anni). I tempi di attesa non hanno superato i 20 giorni e gli operai Rhenus Logistic (gli addetti al montaggio) si sono presentati con la mascherina e si sono mostrati molto accorti nel rispetto della distanza di sicurezza.
Note di merito
1. Scrivanie: ho acquistato 2 modelli B610 con piano due metri.
2. Poltrone da ufficio: Consul mi sembra la migliore, se paragonata al modello Lider (le ho acquistate entrambe). Ottime cuciture, confermo la presenza del rivestimento in pelle naturale.
3. Servizio clienti: cordiale e sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni mia domanda.

Acquistato un tris di poltrone da studio i prodotti sono risultati di ottima qualità. Eccellente l'assistenza: comunicato che un bracciolo di una delle poltrone era giunto con un leggero vizio estetico, dopo circa dieci giorni mi è stato recapitato un pacco contenente entrambi i braccioli. Estremamente semplice contattare la società ed immediatoi i riscontri.

L’imballaggio era perfetto, ogni componente (braccioli, base legno, seduta..) erano perfettamente coperti da pluriball o polistirolo o cartone.
Il montaggio è stato molto facile, è bastato prendere visione del semplice disegno presente sulla pagina dove ho effettuato l’acquisto e l’ho montata in una manciata di minuti.
Sono assolutamente soddisfatta dell’acquisto, la poltrona è notevole, comoda e l’effetto oscillante (bloccabile) è piacevole.
Fa una bella figura poiché abbastanza imponente ma non esagerata.

I am absolutely satisfied with the purchase, the chair is remarkable, comfortable and the swinging (lockable) effect is pleasant.
It makes a good impression as it is quite imposing but not exaggerated.
