★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho elencato i lavori da fare, tramite email, ma siccome - mia sensazione - non superava i 1.000 euro non si sono nemmeno degnati di rispondere! Eppure li avrei capiti, ma evidentemente il modus operandi è questo. Magari saranno pure bravi con il legno (questo oltretutto non sono in grado di dirlo), però certamente il mio giudizio è : pessimo customer care!
I listed the jobs to be done, via email, but since - my feeling - it didn't exceed 1,000 euros, they didn't even bother to answer! Yet I would have understood them, but obviously the modus operandi is this. Maybe they will also be good with wood (moreover I am not able to say it), but certainly my opinion is: very bad customer care!
