Mi è stato detto dopo vari tira e molla che non possono intervenire perché non avrebbero i pezzi di ricambio. I mobili sono belli e quando si vende siamo tutti bravi. Ma la bravura e la serietà di un'azienda si evincono anche e soprattutto dal post vendita. Io lavoro in un'azienda di sistemi di riposo che a distanza di 20 anni va ancora a casa dei clienti per prestare assistenza, in alcuni casi anche gratis.
