Da almeno 4 mesi attendo un preventivo per una libreria, ho sollecitato in tutti i modi almeno una ventina di volte via telefono e via mail e ricevo ogni volta rassicurazioni che puntualmente vengono smentite. Serietà pari a zero.
I am sorry to have to review a local artisan so negatively but the treatment I have been given is scandalous. For at least 4 months I have been waiting for a quote for a bookshop, I have solicited in every way at least twenty times by phone and email and every time I receive reassurances that are promptly denied. Seriousness equal to zero.
