Abbiamo speso una decina di migliaia di euro per una cucina ed altri arredi. Nell’immediato post vendita abbiamo avuto un problema con un elettrodomestico di una nota marca (Bosch). Da quel momento siamo stati rimpallati tra vane rassicurazioni di presa in carico del problema e promesse di sostituzione dell’elettrodomestico, ma alla fine ci hanno scaricati. Non ci ritorneremo e non lo consiglieremo agli amici
Seduced and abandoned could be the title of this review. Very nice showroom, good reception of the customer who is encouraged to buy. We spent around tens of thousands of euros for a kitchen and other furnishings. Immediately after the sale, we had a problem with an appliance of a well-known brand (Bosch). From that moment we were thrown back with vain assurances of taking charge of the problem and promises to replace the appliance, but in the end they dumped us. We will not be returning and will not recommend it to friends
