Mi ero fatta fare anche preventivi da grosse catene ma sono contenta che la mia scelta sia caduta sul mobilificio Pacini. L'attività è condotta prevalentemente a livello familiare. La competenza dei titolari è quello che più mi ha colpito. Sono stata accompagnata nella scelta della cucina in base alle mie esigenze di budget e di gusto. Inoltre sono sicura che se qualcosa dovesse rompersi sarò assistita al meglio I chose this furniture factory, at the suggestion of a friend, for my new kitchen. I also had quotes from big chains but I am happy that my choice fell on the Pacini furniture factory. The activity is mainly conducted at the family level. The competence of the owners is what struck me most. I was accompanied in the choice of cuisine based on my budget and taste needs. Furthermore, I am sure that if something breaks, I will be assisted at best

Il negozio (se così si può dire dato che è grandissimo e su 3 piani) è ricco di idee e mobilio per arredare al meglio tutta la casa con molte soluzioni esposte I went on Saturday to make a quote for the bedroom and we'll see how it turns out. 9 years ago I bought the kitchen, excellent value for money. The shop (if we can say so since it is very large and on 3 floors) is full of ideas and furniture to better furnish the whole house with many solutions on display

Entriamo nel negozio per ricevere informazioni sui mobili e provare a fare un preventivo, ma chi ci accoglie, se si può dire così, si rintana nel suo ufficio lasciandoci allo sbaraglio senza nessuna assistenza.. Facciamo un giro del negozio senza nessun ausilio da parte sua..quando siamo ritornati all'ingresso, per andarcene ovviamente, abbiamo dovuto noi chiedere la cortesia di illustrarci qualcosa, e con superficialità la sua risposta è stata che doveva chiudere e non poteva darci attenzioni e fare nessun preventivo,questo alle 18.30 e la chiusura era alle 19.30. La mia non è una polemica per il non preventivo, ma per la sua mancanza di voglia nel presentarci il negozio e darci giusto qualche informazione.. Sicuramente non ritornerò mai!
