★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato qui la mia auto a riparare dopo aver letto le recensioni positive degli altri clienti. Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata decisamente negativa.
Avevo chiesto di risolvere alcune problematiche che la mia auto presentava. Quella principale è stata risolta ma il pezzo di ricambio, come ho scoperto in seguito, mi è stato fatto pagare "a peso d' oro".
L' altra riparazione è risultata inefficace tanto che ho dovuto provvedere personalmente.
Al momento di pagare il conto, il meccanico ha adottato un comportamento "strano" visto che ha dovuto fare la fattura sul momento ed ha trovato una serie di scuse per farmi uscire dal suo ufficio per redigere la stessa.
Spero di essere stato solo sfortunato visto che tra le varie recensioni positive ci sono anche quelle di altri Local Guides che a differenza di me forse sono troppo "buoni" nelle loro recensioni.
I brought my car here to repair after reading the positive reviews of other customers. Unfortunately, my experience was definitely negative.
I had asked to solve some problems that my car presented. The main one was solved but the spare part, as I discovered later, was charged "with weight of gold".
The other repair was ineffective so much that I had to provide for it personally.
At the time of paying the bill, the mechanic has adopted a "strange" behavior since he had to make the bill on the spot and found a series of excuses to get me out of his office to draw up the same.
I hope I was just unlucky given that among the various positive reviews there are also those of other Local Guides that unlike me maybe they are too "good" in their reviews.
