Personale e proprietari affabili simpatici e disponibili per qualsiasi consiglio. Ambiente piccolino che obbliga la prenotazione, almeno nei fine settimana. Ci tornerò, anche perché, sono preparati per la cucina senza glutine, essendo mia moglie celiaca....la vostra non è trascurabile. CONSIGLIATISSIMO Valid Trattoria where you can enjoy express dishes made on sight. Quality and high level in an elegant but sober environment. Prices more than worthy for the quality offered. Friendly staff and owners, friendly and available for any advice. Small environment that requires reservations, at least on weekends. In menù diversi piatti della tradizione Romanesca. Un appunto: caffè servito su una tazzina fredda facendomelo bere tiepido e a me piace bollente. Ieri sera sono tornata ancora una volta perché avevo voglia di fare una bella cena ed anche di un'atmosfera tranquilla e "familiare". Il locale, nella sua semplicità, é molto carino ed accogliente, le luci e il legno conferiscono calore, cosa che io apprezzo molto. Appena giunti ci hanno fatto accomodare e ci ha raggiunti il titolare che, gentilissimo, ci ha spiegato le pietanze del menu e del "fuori menù", tantissime e tutte prelibate! Come sempre scegliere non é facile ma questa volta siamo andati con le idee un po' più chiare. In due abbiamo preso un bell'antipasto di fritti composto da supplì, polpettine aromatizzate al lime e polpettine ripiene di ricotta, patate e bucce di patate. Abbiamo voluto poi assaggiare dei piatti tipici della cucina romana: rigatoni con la pagliata e coratella con carciofi. Che dire, eravamo in estasi ieri sera? Da bere due calici, un rosso Cesanese ed un bianco Ribolla, e un'acqua. In questo posto il dolce é d'obbligo, sappiatelo! Tenetevi quindi un po' di spazio per il loro tiramisù che a mio parere sanno preparare divinamente. Il tutto complessivamente é venuto 60 euro. Se consideriamo l'ottima cucina, il locale e la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale direi che é una tappa obbligata! Small restaurant located in the Appia-Tuscolana area. The place, in its simplicity, is very nice and welcoming, the lights and the wood give it warmth, which I really appreciate. As soon as we arrived we were made to sit and the owner joined us who, very kind, explained the dishes on the menu and the "off menu", many and all delicious! As always, choosing is not easy but this time we went with a bit clearer ideas. The two of us had a nice fried appetizer consisting of supplì, meatballs flavored with lime and meatballs stuffed with ricotta, potatoes and potato skins. We then wanted to taste the typical dishes of Roman cuisine: rigatoni with straw and offal with artichokes. What can I say, we were ecstatic last night? To drink two glasses, a Cesanese red and a Ribolla white, and a water. In this place the dessert is a must, know it! So keep some space for their tiramisu which in my opinion they know how to prepare divinely. The whole total came 60 euros. If we consider the excellent cuisine, the restaurant and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, I would say that it is a must!

Armando is a great chef! the quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the waiter (he is also somelier but I don't know his name) is also very professional. Congratulations for a well-managed business. We will be back for sure!

It is very nice to see that chef Armando greets his guests personally and even presents the menu himself. The atmosphere and design are warm and welcoming. Even in the pandemic, they managed to create a nice atmosphere to enjoy a delicious meal. Teh wine selection is really good too. I highly recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful lunch, chef Armando and the team. See you next time!
