★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo esperienza negativa, vado per fare taglio e colore, concordiamo il taglio dico Esplicitamente che non voglio la frangia, e con cosa mi ritrovo? Con una orrenda frangia! Alle mie rimostranze, mi viene detto che quella non è una frangia ma bensì un "ciuffo".. Un ciuffo che mi copre a malapena le sopracciglia!!! Ero e sono molto arrabbiata e infastidita, non bastasse questo, in alcuni punti, dove mi sono state fatte delle schiariture con le cartine, i capelli sono sfibrati, bruciati. Delusione alla massima potenza, si sentono così bravi e pieni di se che non ascoltano nemmeno più le richieste dei clienti. Pagato come al solito tantissimo, ma questo non avrebbe importanza se il servizio fosse stato all altezza.
Unfortunately negative experience, I'm going to make cut and color, we agree the cut I explicitly say that I don't want the fringe, and what do I find myself with? With a hideous fringe! To my grievances, I am told that that is not a fringe but rather a "tuft" .. A tuft that barely covers my eyebrows !!! I was and I am very angry and annoyed, this was not enough, in some places, where I have been made lightening with papers, the hair is brittle, burned. Disappointment at maximum power, they feel so good and full of themselves that they no longer even listen to customer requests. Paid as usual a lot, but this would not matter if the service had been up to par.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai sono più di 10 anni che mi affido a loro. I prezzi sono un po’ alti rispetto alla media ma ne vale la pena. Ricevo sempre tanti complimenti per il colore dei miei capelli. Ottimo l’ambiente e lo staff sempre preparato e super aggiornato sulle nuove tendenze.
I've been relying on them for more than 10 years now. The prices are a bit high compared to the average but it's worth it. I always get lots of compliments for my hair color. The environment is excellent and the staff are always prepared and super updated on new trends.
