Tantissimi corsi durante tutta la giornata e per gli attrezzi le schede sono fatte su misura per gli obbiettivi che ci si pone.
Consiglio vivamente
One of the best gyms in the area with modern equipment and very capable instructors.
Lots of courses throughout the day and for the tools the cards are tailor-made for the objectives that are set.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra a conduzione familiare. Tanti macchinari e tante machine che vengono continuamente rinnovate (da quando mi sono iscritto ne hanno aggiunte 3). L'unica pecca è che appunto essendo gestita a livello familiare non ha gli orari che oramai hanno altre palestre (problema che ho più che altro nel weekend).
Nel complesso comunque molto buona, molto disponibili gli istruttori e ottimo il termario

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra attrezzatissima, con macchinari top sia per il cardio che per i pesi! Spa piccolina ma molto completa e pulitissima come gli spogliatoi! Istruttori competenti, professionali e anche simpatici! Mi ero già iscritta ed ho deciso di tornare perché è un'ottima palestra!
Fully equipped gym, with top machines for both cardio and weights! Small but very complete and spotless spa like the changing rooms! Competent, professional and also nice instructors! I had already signed up and I decided to come back because it is a great gym!
