From perfect stranger, occasional customer potential for more with car hire (thus less interesting for them), they have taken since the phone call to my little heart but for me big problem, solving it with great rapidity and professionalism. I had the service done on a long-term rental VW Tiguan with ALD and I was very happy with it. Car brought early in the morning and recovered in the evening. Great service.
