★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assurdo che in una struttura di riabilitazione cardiaca ed altro (Don Gnocchi a Rovato)non c'è su mille scelte assurde il caffè decaffeinato.....assurdo....
Absurd that in a cardiac rehabilitation facility and more (Don Gnocchi in Rovato) there is no decaffeinated coffee out of a thousand absurd choices ..... absurd ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ospedale San Paolo a Milano, quindi si parla di luoghi che giustamente dovrebbero avere un rispetto ed una tutela di uno spessore maggiore. Sono un fortunato, ripeto fortunato, paziente, che ha la possibilità, non a tutte le ore e non tutti i giorni, di poter prendere un caffè alla macchinetta. Ho tentato 3 volte, ho solo perso i soldi senza niente in cambio. Auguro a chi è responsabile di questo disservizio, di poter quanto prima passare dalla parte opposta della barricata, così forse, non è detto, riuscirebbe a capire cosa vuol dire creare disagi a categorie che non possono difendersi.
San Paolo Hospital in Milan, so we are talking about places that rightly should have greater respect and protection. I am lucky, I repeat lucky, patient, who has the possibility, not at all hours and not every day, to be able to have a coffee at the machine. I tried 3 times, I just lost the money with nothing in return. I wish those who are responsible for this disservice, to be able to pass to the opposite side of the fence as soon as possible, so perhaps, it is not certain, they would be able to understand what it means to create inconvenience to categories that cannot defend themselves.

Il servizio è pessimo il prodotto ancora di più se possibile. Distributori fuori servizio già alle 8 del mattino, pulizia zero,assistenza ai clienti inesistente e scortese e infine per i rimborsi non esiste ricorso o rimborso. Complimenti, peggio di così....

The service is bad the product even more so if possible. Distributors out of order as early as 8 am, zero cleaning, non-existent and rude customer support and finally there is no recourse or refund for refunds. Congratulations, worse than that ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non viene erogato il caffè e Chiedi un rimborso che spetta di diritto? Non ricevi nulla! A parte la manutenzione quasi mai eseguita con conseguente sapore dei caffè di cui è meglio non parlarne!
The coffee is not dispensed and you ask for a refund that is due by right? You receive nothing! Apart from the maintenance almost never performed with consequent taste of the coffee which is better not to talk about it!
