★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute erste Anlaufstelle, um sich Informationen zu besorgen. Sehr gut mit der Rolltreppe vom Parkplatz zu erreichen. Es gibt auch einen guten Caffè und dann ist sogar die Toilette kostenlos.
Very good first point of contact to get information. Very easy to reach by escalator from the parking lot. There is also a good coffee and even the toilet is free.

Nobody answers and wrong information. Today there was supposed to be the fair of the Santissima Annunziata ....... THERE WAS NOTHING.

Tourist information office at the top of the escalators leading directly to the upper part of the city. Sale of guides and gadgets. Free maps and public toilets. Occasionally it hosts small exhibitions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd prefer to give this a zero but that's not an option. More of a gift shop than a a tourist office.
I asked the lady working behind the counter if I could take a photo of the map because I didn't want to waste the paper. She actually said no, I couldn't take a photo. It was 50 cents. I just didn't want to carry a map around with me.
Paid washrooms (which is pretty standard in Italian cities) but not generally at tourist offices. This felt like more of a store than a tourist office and not a very good store.
