Da neofita delle agenzie di viaggio, ma allo stesso tempo da brava viaggiatrice, sono sicuramente finita nelle mani giuste. Il loro lavoro (in particolare, nel mio caso, quello della bravissima Rachele) si è rivelato fondamentale per un'ottima organizzazione, che non rivelasse spiacevoli sorprese e che potesse rendere perfetto il mio viaggio. Sin dall'inizio ho potuto contare su un dialogo aperto e costante, senza mai sentirmi limitata nell'esprimere dubbi ed esigenze, che, al contrario, sono state pienamente assecondate. Non da meno, ho potuto contare su una assistenza a distanza, una volta partita, e nella fase del post-viaggio, qualora ne avessi avuto bisogno. Durante l'iter preparatorio abbiamo definito insieme gli aspetti organizzativi ed economici, mentre mi sono potuta affidare completamente a Rachele per tutte quelle faccende burocratiche (visti, moduli, ecc.. ), che rischiano, come trappole, di rovinare un'esperienza, nonché mia personalissima croce. Adesso, a viaggio sfortunatanente terminato, non posso che essere felice della scelta fatta e ringraziare con tutto il cuore questo staff fantastico, che lavora con dedizione, attenzione e, soprattutto, RISPETTO verso chi si affida a loro. From neophyte of travel agencies, but also as a good traveler, they are definitely over in the right hands. Their work (in particular, in my case, that of the talented Rachele) proved to be fundamental for an excellent organization, that did not reveal unpleasant surprises and that could make my trip perfect. From the beginning I have been able to count on an open and constant dialogue, without ever feeling limited in expressing doubts and needs, which, on the contrary, have been fully supported. Not least, I could count on support from a distance, once the game, and the stage of post-trip, if I needed it. During the preparatory process we have defined together the organizational and economic aspects, while I was able to rely completely on Rachel for all the bureaucratic matters (visas, forms, etc.), which risk, as traps, to ruin an experience, as well as my personal cross. Now, on an unfortunate journey ended, I can not but be happy with the choice made and thank with all my heart this fantastic staff, who works with dedication, attention and, above all, RESPECT to those who rely on them.
