β β β β β Nice note especially if you have kids but far from town and cities so you need a car to move around. Nice staff and trying to help all the time. Nothing went wrong but I was expecting a different 4 stars hotel so some people might be disappointed. It looks like a motel than a hotel.

β β β β β Nice place to discover the area (from Monaco to Genova). Our stay was for a few days during low-season. Breakfast was nice and friendly staff. Beach was nice, we received it as a complimentary instead of β¬10,- each pp. But I can imagine during high-season it can be crowded and less enjoyable. For us September was a perfect period.
WiFi worked outside perfect, also at their beach, but at our room the signal was not alway that strong.

β β β β β Positive: +Location is nice. +Very friendly stuff +Parking is free for the guests. +Menu - personally I liked the variety but I am sure that some people could be disappointed. +Rooms are big and clean +Air conditioning works very well and is quiet. Neutral: The private beach could be a bit better - more sand - if you are with small children. Negative: - Air conditioning could be cleaned - visible dark spots of mold in the fan. - cholrine odour in the room.

β β β β β We stayed in the first week if August 2020. There was some building work going on next door but it didnt disturb us.
We had a room on the 3rd floor with a partial sea view, the sea view was fine the room spacious and the balcony very large.
The TV shows the usual selection of hotel/international tv, so we could catch up on russian and german shows.
The rooms almost don't have any european plugs for your electronics! We've been to italy before and never seen hotels that only have Italian plugs. Luckily there was one European plug in the bathroom, so that we could charge phones etc!
The breakfast and evening meal selection is fairly bad, we are used to much more selection and variety. Despite that we did find things to eat for breakfast and we had one evening meal there.
As the evening meal is so lacking though we ended up eating in riva ligure, nearby for our evening meals. Apparently where you eat dinner also depends on what booking you have.. very odd!
We slept well in the bed despite it being a twin. Stuck together! Its appreciated that one can lock out all the light from the bedroom :)
The private beach is nice, stony/sandy but still good. However there are other ( public ) beaches nearby.
Overall an ok stay but terrible value for money.

β β β β β The great things about this seaside resort hotel was its location, the beach bar and the price.
The room and the bathroom were not well-maintained. The bed and the bed sheets were very uncomfortable.
Service was very slow, for instance I waited half an hour (asked twice) for a cup of coffee for breakfast and they didnβt bring it in the end.

β β β β β The hotel is at the end of the Marina, about 1.5 km from the small village. It has a large free parking space and a direct access to its own beach. We made a direct reservation for a double room with half board. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a very nice seaview suite with plenty of space and two large terraces. Breakfast is abundant, with lots of fresh fruits, meats and cheeses, and of course sweet Italian cakes. The evening meals are also very good, with four courses and a daily choice of fish, meat or vegetarian dishes. Staff is friendly and helpful. The guests are mainly Italians, but also some French and German tourists. Despite the slight feeling of being back in the seventies, we had an excellent stay for an acceptable price. A super choice!

β β β β β We're paying a lot of money for 5 nights in a 4-star apartment only to learn that they only clean the room on arrival. I we want extra cleaning, we need to pay extra. Definitely not the service I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Stay away if you can.

β β β β β A Great stay! We had for some nights a room with a sea view and after took for more nights a superior room with a terrace. All rooms are big, very good to come here with kids or friends if you are ok to share the bathroom. This hotel is the only one we found with its private beach just in front of it. The beds and umbrellas are included in the price. You always get the same spot for all days you stay there, no need to come earlier and hunt for a good spot ?! The beach is sandy with some stones when there are bigger waves. The guys who works at the beach are so nice, that even collect jellyfishes and if you got burned by it, they offer you a creamβ¦so sweet. Rooms were cleaned on demand and all personnel was super kind and helpful! Thank you so so much! We come back for sure. Guys, Call and book directly at the hotel, seems prices are better with them.?
