È lapalissiano come questa struttura offra l’opportunità di ottenere i risultati tanto agognati con un allenamento alla settimana di soli 20 minuti, in un ambiente sanificato, accogliente e munito di tutti i confort non sempre presenti in altre palestre ( ed io ne ho frequentate davvero troppe senza ottenere nemmeno la metà dei risultati ottenuti presso Atea fit 20 in così poco tempo !!).Io ho avuto la fortuna di essere affidata alla personal trainer Sara, un concentrato di professionalità e di energia, sempre disponibile a calibrare ogni allenamento in base alle esigenze e alle potenzialità del cliente. Il mio corpo sta migliorando a vista d’occhio senza particolari sforzi e senza dedicarmi a stressanti sessioni di attività motoria a cui nessuna donna lavoratrice, mamma, moglie e figlia potrebbe sottoporsi. Ho preso consapevolezza che, attraverso i consigli e le sollecitazioni degli ottimi professionisti con i quali mi sto interfacciando, il mio fisico sta “rinascendo” in tempi rapidi e io non posso che esserne pienamente soddisfatta . Il mio grazie va a tutta l’equipe del centro fit 20 e in particolare alla energica e paziente Sara a cui devo attribuire il merito di avermi insegnato quanto sia fondamentale avere una “mens sana in corpore sano”. Cinzia I learned of the existence of this center almost by chance, through the classic "word of mouth" and it was, without a doubt, love at first sight !! It is self-evident how this facility offers the opportunity to obtain the long-awaited results with a workout per week of only 20 minutes, in a sanitized, welcoming environment equipped with all the comforts not always present in other gyms (and I have really attended them too many without obtaining even half of the results obtained at Atea fit 20 in such a short time !!). I was lucky enough to be entrusted to the personal trainer Sara, a concentrate of professionalism and energy, always available to calibrate each workout based on to the needs and potential of the customer. My body is improving visibly without particular efforts and without dedicating myself to stressful sessions of motor activity that no working woman, mother, wife and daughter could undergo. I became aware that, through the advice and solicitations of the excellent professionals with whom I am interfacing, my physique is "being reborn" quickly and I can only be fully satisfied with it. My thanks go to the whole team of the fit 20 center and in particular to the energetic and patient Sara to whom I must attribute the credit of having taught me how fundamental it is to have a "healthy mens in a healthy body".
