I personal trainer non sanno relazionarsi con la clientela e dopo domande di aiuto, nonostante i ripetuti richiami, non accorrono in aiuto dei clienti. Cosa al quanto deplorevole, qualità calata molto negli ultimi mesi. Good gym and machinery, but very poor staff. Personal trainers do not know how to relate to customers and after asking for help, despite repeated reminders, they do not rush to help customers. Unfortunately, the quality has dropped a lot in recent months.
M	Matteo Rosignoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capisco che tutti quanti erano attaccati ai precedenti personal trainer ( che stimo molto), ma mettere commenti negativi solo perchè sono da un altra parte lo trovo scorretto e svilente per i nuovi P.T. Luigi e Mattia che sono molto bravi, disponibili e preparati. Per il resto la trovo un ottima palestra, con molti attrezzi e pulita. Lamento solamente la mancanza di corsi durante la pausa pranzo. I understand that everyone was attached to the previous personal trainers (which I respect a lot), but putting negative comments just because they are somewhere else I find it incorrect and demeaning for the new P.T. Luigi and Mattia who are very good, available and prepared. For the rest I find it an excellent gym, with many tools and clean. I only complain about the lack of courses during the lunch break.
m	milo paciotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura molto bella e curata, macchinari tanti , ben disposti e funzionanali, unico ma grosso NEO la mancanza di P.T. disponibili e competenti come erano Giulio & Flavio i quali sempre pronti a salutarti e scambiare 2 semplici parole senza dimenticare la competenza e professionalità dimostrata. A questo punto mi chiedo in che direzione state andando perché dall’apertura ad oggi si evince la perdita di un ambiente accogliente efficiente non solo a livello professionale ma anche di personale attento alle necessità del cliente . In una palestra , visto che ce ne sono molte nel territorio, la vera differenza più che i macchinari e le offerte , la fanno il personale che non deve essere attento solo alla redazione di una scheda di allenamento personalizzata ma deve saper creare un ambiente unico famigliare. Inoltre credo che rispondere che il nuovo personale non è secondo a nessuno equivale a ignorare il pensiero dei vostri clienti al quale un tempo davate maggiore importanza mentre ora sembra che sia passato in secondo piano rispetto alle vostre scelte. Spero che ogni nostra segnalazione vengo accolta positivamente e in modo costruttivo. Very nice and well-kept structure, many machines, well disposed and functional, the only but large NEO is the lack of P.T. available and competent as were Giulio & Flavio who always ready to greet you and exchange 2 simple words without forgetting the competence and professionalism shown. At this point I wonder which direction you are going because since the opening up to today we have seen the loss of an efficient welcoming environment not only on a professional level but also on staff attentive to customer needs. In a gym, since there are many in the area, the real difference more than the machines and the offers, are made by the staff who must not be attentive only to the preparation of a personalized training card but must know how to create a unique family environment . Furthermore, I believe that answering that the new staff is second to none is equivalent to ignoring the thought of your customers to which you once gave greater importance while now it seems that it has gone into the background compared to your choices. I hope that all our reports are received positively and constructively.
