★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto una brutta esperienza con una delle agenti di questa agenzia, maleducata, frettolosa e nervosa . Mi auguro non accada piu' per i futuri possibili clienti. Totale incompetenza, ripeto, parlo della signora in questione, che stava al telefono mentre era li con me e far vedere un appartamento dopo avermi fatto attendere 20 minuti perché era in ritardo.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with one of the agents of this agency, rude, hurried and nervous. I hope it doesn't happen again for prospective prospects. Total incompetence, I repeat, I speak of the lady in question, who was on the phone while she was with me and showing an apartment after letting me wait 20 minutes because she was late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi dare meno di una stella lo farei di sicuro. Mi è stato dato un'appuntamento per poter visitare l'appartamento. Mi presento nella data ed orario indicati (prendo un permesso al lavoro) e quando arrivo l'agente immobiliare (signora anziana e veramente maleducata), mi dice che lo ha già affittato. Seccata, mi ha praticamente cacciata senza nemmeno scusarsi e dicendomi che mi aveva avvisato di avere già altri appuntamenti prima del mio. NON HO DECISO IO DI VENIRE!!! Cara Signora, le faccio imparare una cosa, visto che alla sua veneranda età non ci arriva da sola:"se aveva già troppe persone, non mi dava l'appuntamento nello stesso giorno! Mi lo fissava successivamente, e poi mi chiamava per disdirlo, in caso lo avesse affittato!!! Professionalità zero!!! Maleducazione infinita!!
If I could give less than a star, I would do it for sure. I was given an appointment to visit the apartment. I introduce myself on the date and time indicated (I take a permit to work) and when I arrive the real estate agent (elderly lady and really rude), tells me that he has already rented it. Annoyed, he practically hunted me without even apologizing and telling me that he had warned me that I already had other dates before mine. I DID NOT DECIDE TO COME !!! Dear Madam, I will let you learn something, since at her venerable age she does not arrive on her own: "if she already had too many people, she would not give me the appointment on the same day!" She stared at me later, and then called me to cancel it, if he had rented !!! zero Professionalism !!! infinite Rudeness !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati più volte x appartamenti ci anno fatto aspettare x una risposta un'infinità x poi dire (essendo che mia moglie e straniera)che i proprietari non vogliono stranieri ! poco tempo dopo vedo un proprietario della casa vista e mi a detto come mai non l'avessimo prese! dicendo che l'agenzia aveva detto che gli stranieri non li voleva lui e rimasto malissimo e si è scusato con me!poi si parla di razzismo ma questa agenzia non la consiglio x niente !ci sono agenzie più serie e molto disponibili in giro!
Called several times x apartments, we had to wait for an answer for an infinite number of years, then say (since my wife is a foreigner) that the owners do not want foreigners! shortly after I see a view of the house owner and I said why we had not taken! saying that the agency had said that foreigners did not want them and was very ill and apologized to me! Then there is talk of racism but this agency does not recommend it for nothing! There are more serious and very available agencies around!
