Ma le immagini ingannano e alla fine i fatti mi hanno mostrato che dietro il vestito non c’è la professionalità che ti aspettavi. Si trattava per me di un acquisto prima casa con mutuo fondiario che purtroppo non mi è stato concesso ma Valle si è ben guardata da consigliarmi di mettere una clausola salvo buon fine e ha tutelato solo la parte venditrice. Risultato, perso caparra e commissioni. Pessima esperienza, alla larga. The Valle agency looks good, glossy, even with the cover of those local promotional magazines that welcomes you at the entrance and portrays the owner in a beautiful pose. But the images are deceiving and in the end the facts showed me that behind the dress there is not the professionalism you expected. For me it was a first home purchase with a land loan which unfortunately was not granted to me but Valle took great care to advise me to put a clause subject to collection and protected only the seller part. Result, lost deposit and commissions. Bad experience, stay away.

Evidentemente si preferisce tenere in affitto piuttosto che commissionare una vendita. Ho acquistato subito dopo un bilocale perfetto per me, ovviamente con altra agenzia, che si è distinta per un trattamento diametralmente opposto e per l'estrema umanità e sincerità del titolare, che fanno sempre la differenza.
