Per sottoscrivere una proposta di affitto in qualità di studenti ci hanno chiesto la caparra, i nostri dati sensibili e quelli dei nostri garanti (che ovviamente abbiamo fornito) PRIMA di comunicarci quello che era il requisito essenziale, che abbiamo scoperto solo in un secondo momento : il proprietario voleva affittare la casa esclusivamente a lavoratori, cosa che gli agenti dicevano di non sapere al momento della nostra sottoscrizione (se non lo sapete voi che siete gli unici ad avere contatti con il proprietario, chi altri dovrebbe saperlo ?!?!?!). Inoltre si sono premurati di darci questa bella notizia con molto comodo, ad una settimana di distanza dalla sottoscrizione stessa nonché una settimana prima del nostro effettivo trasloco, mettendoci in grande difficoltà e facendoci perdere tempo prezioso. PRIMA ci si informa presso il proprietario e si informano gli affittuari sulle condizioni di fitto e POI si acquisiscono i dati sensibili e il resto. Totale mancanza di serietà e professionalità. Decisamente pessimi. Da evitare Absolutely zero professionalism. (esempio tra i tanti: non gli importa niente che ti sei fatto 1000 km se l'appuntamento è alle 15.00, non puoi arrivare alle 15:10, e per fissare un altro appuntamento se ne parla la prossima settimana). Ma d'altronde per loro siamo solo delle seccature, i clienti sono i proprietari. Senza contare poi le errate informazioni nei confronti del proprietario circa le corrette norme da seguire.
