★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io non capisco da dove vengano tutte queste recensioni positive, a parte si sa, c'è chi se le compra... esperienza di acquisto a dir poco da incubo; in pratica un tanto desiderato regalo di 50° compleanno si è trasformato in un tranquillo weekend di paura. A vendere siamo tutti bravi, il problema è garantire poi il resto: spedizione, assistenza, post-vendita ecc. ecc. Bene, nel mio caso, per un oggetto del valore di più di 500€, tante raccomandazioni che tutto sarebbe andato liscio, che l'articolo sarebbe arrivato ben avanti il fatidico giorno e invece, e invece.... e invece è andato tutto storto: mittente sbagliato, indirizzo sbagliato, il corriere che segna sulla tracking app che il collo è in consegna e allora tu prendi un giorno di ferie per ritirarlo e invece no, ci scusi ci siamo sbagliati, è in deposito ma non lo può ritirare, se ne riparla la settimana prossima... a volte per risparimare qualche euro succede anche questo. Venditore e corriere (SDA) da evitare
I don't understand where all these positive reviews come from, apart from you know, there are those who buy them ... a nightmare shopping experience; basically a much desired 50th birthday gift has turned into a quiet weekend of fear. We are all good at selling, the problem is to guarantee the rest: shipping, assistance, after-sales, etc. etc. Well, in my case, for an object worth more than € 500, many recommendations that everything would go smoothly, that the article would arrive well ahead of the fateful day and instead, and instead .... and instead it all went wrong: wrong sender, wrong address, the courier who marks on the tracking app that the package is being delivered and then you take a day off to collect it but no, sorry we were wrong, it is in storage but cannot collect it, we'll talk about it again next week ... sometimes this also happens to save a few euros. Seller and courier (SDA) to be avoided

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I CAN JUST WARN ANYONE TO PLACE AN ORDER AT AD ONLINE STORE: Worst experience ever! Running after information, running after delivery timings, ignores inquieries, contradictive information from the retailer vs the producer... Waited 6 months for chairs (paid in advance), nothing happend but excuses. Ignores my cancellation of order, promises fake delivery dates - now since two weeks completely no communication. No Delivery, No Refund. I engaged the European Customer Service to get my money back - still pending. I CAN JUST WARN ANYONE TO PLACE AN ORDER AT AD ONLINE STORE. IT IS 100% ANNOYING AND NOT SERIOUS.
