Worth the visit, although the ruins have very much eroded away or the plates with English explanation have become unreadable. Nice views and the items on display in the indoor museum are interesting.

A beautiful afternoon spent here with amazing views and some history as well I never ate wild asparagus before. Found a lot during the hike that our host later fried up at home -simply delicious

area is completely abandoned. Staff of about 6 or more sit around doing nothing. Walkways are gone, information points are faded or completely destroyed. Is this what Southern Sicily wants to offer interested tourists? Wow.

Off the beaten path. Hard to find on Google maps. Spectacular vistas of the towns below from the cliffs. Flora is beautiful. Ancient sites interesting, several pathways circle the archeological stone work, easily accessible on foot. 1/2 hour self guided tour. Museum has one room with 5 display cases.

While the remains of the (eroded) theater and small settlement were not impressive this is a beautiful site and well-equipped facility and a welcome stop traveling down this Coast. We enjoyed the flowers, the views, the small Museum and the peaceful atmosphere.

Not very interesting. Mainly some remains of low walls with no explanations available in English. Ancient Theater fenced off and covered with ugly scaffolding. At the picnic tables you can't take your eyes off your food or it will be taken by the numerous annoying stray cats. Staff just hangs around while weeds are taking over the ruins. "Museum" consists of a few cases with pots and other stuff. Seriously, don't bother to take a detour to stop here, other places are so much more rewarding.

Great views. Area not recovered and plenty of archeological work to do before the site could reveal its full splendor.
